AutoCall
is a fully computerised taxi despatch system that enables our customers
to book a taxi without having to speak to a telephone operator.
All
our AutoCall members get to book their taxis via an exclusive hotline
5522525. Once connected you only need to key in your PIN (Personal
Identification Number) and be guided step by step by a friendly
automated voice. You have a choice to program 5 pick-up points into
our system. When you next make a booking, you only need to select
your pick-up address by pressing the designated pick-up location
code.
This
website uses the ePrivilege Card system as a loyalty programme for
their AutoCall members to check and redeem their points for every
call made through their exclusive hotline. It also allows new members
to sign up, edit their Pick Up Points location or PUP for short
(coming soon in September 2001) in addition to getting the latest
promotion news.
This
site is also equiped with back-end Administrative manager module,
a system which allows an administrator to manage incoming data,
members applications, alternate promotions, configure polls and
process members points redemption.
