Open Systems Innovation works on leading edge programming projects in Singapore,Asia and USA. These projects typically involve skill sets of Informix, Powerbuilder, Oracle,  C, C++, and J2EE.

Most of the programming projects are development-based involving which means they are only months in development and testing (not years), allowing the OSI staff to progress onto the next development project.

OSI believes in multiple skills and encourage in-house and On-Job-Training enhancement for staff to produce "all rounder" skills. The benefits are sharp leading edge development projects utilizing the staffs' skills to their upmost.
