Main Features
The BACK-END SYSTEM (Database Administration) contains members' profile, Points Accumulated, Points Redeemed and Rewards available for redemption. All reports that are essential to track every member's transaction and purchase history are stored in the Back-End System. With its Point-of-Sale Interface, the system has the capability to automatically compute Loyalty Points of every member based on its purchase value. Coupled with an accounting system inside the ePrivilege Card System, it calculates all gifts redeemed and deducts same from its inventory lists. This system also provides accurate information for Mailing List for promotions.
The FRONT-END (Website/Portal) SYSTEM, which is its Internet Access, allows members to access and change their personal information online. Through the system and using their accumulated loyalty points earned from purchase transactions, members can now select the types of gift to redeem once the minimum points for redemption requirement is met. Members can then print gift claim vouchers or just reserve the gift they wanted online. Included in this feature is the eBirthday card wherein members are sent greeting card through their email during their birthday and a special birthday page from the website.
In addition to all these OSI provides full Web designing services, eGuide, eShop Plus ++ and the latest in the market - Mobile eCommerce via WAP and SMS.
Card Member Profile
First of ePrivilege Card's Feature is the Card Members Profile that is capable of storing all card member's information. This feature is an effective tool in knowing who are your members and at the same time it has the capability of tracking down and capture all card member's transaction information.

Every card member has an option to print her own redemption voucher upon selection from the Internet. This redemption voucher will serve as the claim ticket if they wanted to claim their gift from the Customer Service.
Advertising and promotions
With the growing industry of the "click and shop" businesses, customers at any location (be it home or office) can now surf, make purchases over the internet and get to relax comfortably without being physically at the stores to shop. With the current buying pattern of customers and having their personal information such as email stored in our master database, the system can automatically send/forward advertising and promotional materials to them through their email address.

Internet Access
Along with the ePrivilege Card System is an online access for members. It allows them to login, check their particulars and amend some of their personal information online. The system gives them an access to track the correctness of the number of loyalty points they've earned.
