1. The British Club Singapore "paperless office" Work Flow system

Synopsis

Open Systems Innovation Pte Ltd has developed for The British Club Singapore a Web Based paperless workflow system to handle the various Membership Services available on-line to Members. Members can apply for membership services including guest memberships, visiting club cards etc, As well as enroll in sports activities and sports classes on-line. These on-line requests are automatically routed to the correct administration in-tray for simplified action, and the issuance and notification returned to the member, the associated charges are posted to the financial system. The workflow system is designed to handle the administration functions such as Purchase Requests, these will be automatically routed for approvals and following the approvals created into a Purchase Order for transmission to the supplier. The system handles Capex Approvals. The workflow also handles maintenance requests with assignment, inventory and costs, final inspection etc.

2. Nyang Polytechnic University 3D e-learning system

Synopsis

Open Systems Innovation Pte Ltd as a SUN Microsystems partner created for Nyang Polytechnic the forst part of a e-learning program developed around "wonderworld" a 3D environment where students represented by avatars can log in and enter various lecture rooms and labs at teh university, meet with other student avatars talk with eachother in real-time, watch lecture presentations and Lab work listen to guest lecturers all in a 3D world on-line.  

3. Metro Depatment store Consession Sales Handling

Synopsis

The system is a Web Based system designed to handle all aspects of consessionaires on-line the vendors can monitor stock levels arrange deliveries, monitor from the POS system sales of theor items and the payment for their items is posted to the AR with payments being monitored by the vendors.

4. Computer Based Examination System

Synopsis

The use of interactive applications can be applied to setting of examinations. The Examination on Demand enables candidates to sit for examination via computers. Candidates can receive their results immediately upon completion of the examination. This is possible because the computerise marking scheme is incorporated to allow examination papers to be marked by the computer program without manual intervention.
